Order Cancellations

  • Shipping address verification fails

Return Eligibility

All products purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all parts and documentation included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

Initiating a Return
Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code before sending any items back. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Shipping Returns

  • Package your item securely in its original packaging
  • Include your RMA code and original receipt
  • Ship to the address provided by our customer service team
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any original shipping charges.

Special Considerations

Bird Feed and Seeds
Due to the nature of these products, bird feed and seeds can only be returned if:

  • The package arrived damaged
  • There are quality issues with the product
    Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with seed products.

Bird Houses and Feeders
These items must be returned complete with all original parts, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals.

In-Store Returns

If you have purchased items from our physical store location, you may return them directly to the store with your receipt for an immediate exchange or refund.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to improper use
